Pink Shell Resort is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and have a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the standards of our fine dining establishment.

Responsibilities

 Welcomes and greets guests in a timely manner

 Informs guests of special menu items

 Serves food and beverage in a timely manner

 Performs side work at the start and end of each shift

 Prepares room for dining by clothing and setting condiments

 Ensures proper sanitation and table cleanliness

 Helps and directs patrons by presenting food and beverage menu

 Transmits orders to bar and kitchen

 Records guest meal and drink sections accurately

 Provides bill to guest and collects
