Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems and managing reservations.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during their stay.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and room readiness.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality management by adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
