We appreciate our employees and invest in their success AND training We are also looking for express/lube technicians If you'd like to inquire but don't have dealership technician experience, we will happily consider you for the express role. Please notate this in your inquiry to us if you are interested in express tech which is a great entry point into the technician field. Pay details below do not apply to express technician.

Responsibilities - Service Technician
- Efficiently and accurately perform work as outlined on repair order in accordance with Dealer and Factory standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction and perform repair
- Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
- Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Communicates with the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. Communicates with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
Qualifications - Service Technician
- General automotive operational knowledge
- Must be an experienced Level 1,2 or 3 tech currently. CDJR Experience preferred but not necessary
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Can use technology
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
