We are looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. If you love beauty, enjoy multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you

Position Overview

The Receptionist is the face of our spa. This role involves greeting clients, managing bookings through our Boulevard system, assisting providers, and keeping the spa environment clean and welcoming. All training will be provided through our structured 5-day onboarding program.

Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Operations

  • Greet all clients warmly and maintain a professional, friendly spa environment

  • Check clients in/out and handle payments, deposits, discounts, and product purchases

  • Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments using the Boulevard system

  • Complete daily front desk procedures, including end-of-day tasks

  • Conduct mini-consults to guide new clients toward the correct service

  • Notify service providers when their client has arrived

  • Provide accurate information on lash sets, brow services, facials, memberships, and pricing

  • Maintain proper phone etiquette, including holding, texting, and retrieving calls professionally

  • Handle walk-ins, first-time callers, and returning clients who need help identifying previous services

  • Will be asked to make sales calls to potential clients

Spa Maintenance & Cleanliness

  • Perform laundry duties (washing, drying, folding towels and blankets)

  • Restock snack and beverage area (coffee/tea station)

  • Restock bathroom items including tissue, paper towels, pads, lotions, cleaning spray, contact lens supplies, etc.

  • Light Inventory control

  • Keep front desk, waiting area, and common areas tidy at all times

Product & Membership Support

  • Understand and explain The Lash Queens products and Eminence Organics Skincare lines

  • Assist with product recommendations and basic descriptions

  • Process membership purchases, product vouchers, and gift card sales

  • Ensure all commissions are assigned to the correct provider

Policies, Procedures & Communication

  • Collect deposits for all services when required

  • Follow company policies regarding late cancellations and no-shows

  • Multitask between phone calls, walk-ins, front desk duties, and in-person communication

  • Ask for management guidance when needed

  • Attend weekly and monthly staff meetings when scheduled

Requirements

  • Must be available for part-time shifts (weekends are required)

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Must follow uniform guidelines

  • Comfortable standing, light cleaning, and interacting with clients

  • Authorized to work in the United States
