Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, managing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively atmosphere, whether in a nightclub, banquet hall, or restaurant setting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy in sales and change distribution.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote safety and responsible drinking practices.
• Restock supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering or banquet services to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
• Assist in training new team members on POS systems, serving techniques, and customer service standards to foster team growth.

Pay = state minimum wage for servers + tips
