Available Roles

We're hiring for multiple construction roles. During the application, you'll select which position you're most interested in:

  • Landscape Construction Foreman
  • Landscape Construction Lead Hand
  • Landscape Construction Crew Member

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on experience and role, work may include:

  • Building high-end residential landscape projects
  • Hardscaping (interlock, natural stone, walls, steps)
  • Softscaping (plantings, sod, trees)
  • Carpentry (decks, pergolas, site structures)
  • Excavation, grading, and base prep
  • Reading and working from landscape plans
  • Operating equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, compactors)
  • Maintaining clean, safe, organized job sites
  • Working as part of a tight-knit construction crew
  • Foreman / Lead Hands: helping plan daily work and guide the crew

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in landscape construction is an asset (but not required for Crew Member roles)
  • Leadership experience is a strong asset for Foreman and Lead Hand positions
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling)
  • Valid G driver's license with clean abstract (AZ/ARZ an asset)
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take responsibility
