Security Supervisor in Training

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of security personnel and ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, including alarms, disturbances, and medical situations
- Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and violations
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies as necessary
- Train and educate security staff on safety procedures and protocols
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
- Implement strategies to minimize theft or damage to property

Qualifications:
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security supervision preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
