The Customer Service Department is looking for an energetic, conscientious and detail oriented individual who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team, and takes pride in their career to work in our strategic growth environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Answer high volume of incoming customer calls regarding product sales, billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns in a professional and efficient manner

· Build customer confidence by answering product and service questions; making suggestions about our product line, which could include cross-selling new products and sales promotions

· Comfortable with technical products and have the ability to educate customers to be able to use our products in a variety of scenarios

· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concerns full cycle (determine the cause of the issue; select and explain the best solution to solve the issue; follow up to ensure resolution with the issue)

· Strong phone presence and comfortable with making outbound calls to existing accounts with emphasis on understanding customers' needs and discussing monthly promotions

· Entering online, phone, and fax orders into ERP system accurately and efficiently

· Coordinate and work with other departments such as Repair and Warehouse for technical or order issues

· Enter repairs accurately and keep customer informed of the progress

· Collaborate with the team and manager to achieve departmental goals

· May be assigned other projects and assignments under the manager's discretion

Competencies:

· Ability to work individually and with a team

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Knowledge in Microsoft office

· Detail oriented

Minimum Qualifications

· Two years of experience in customer care/service (preferable in pet/outdoor industry)

· Bilingual in Spanish, excellent English skills

· Energetic, Self-motivated

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to multi-task and critical thinking to solve problems

· Competency with computer skills and MS office

· Experience with ERP systems

· Experience with technical troubleshooting
