The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for managing teams while maintaining high standards of inventory management and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations, including overseeing staff performance and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Drive sales management initiatives by implementing effective strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
  • Manage inventory levels by overseeing stock replenishment, conducting regular audits, and ensuring product availability.
  • Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies that boost sales.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail or service environment.
  • Strong skills in budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience with sales management techniques and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team interaction.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices is preferred.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff members effectively.
