We're hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our residential team. No experience is required — we provide hands-on training and get new reps producing in their first week. If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to work, you can succeed here.

In this role, you'll knock doors, talk with homeowners, identify roof issues, present solutions, and help them through the process. You'll be closing deals, building relationships, and representing a company that stands behind every job.

What You Will Do

• Knock doors and talk with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Identify potential roof issues (we train you how to spot everything)
• Present solutions and explain next steps in a simple, clear way
• Help homeowners through the insurance or retail process
• Close deals and manage your pipeline
• Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
• Work closely with our team to ensure smooth project completion

Requirements

• No experience required, we train you fully and get you producing week one.
• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
• Motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work
• Able to walk neighborhoods, work outdoors and walk on roofs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends help you earn more)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to handle rejection and stay focused
• Self-driven with a desire to grow and earn uncapped income

• 100% Commission based structure. Sell more, make more
