Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

Role Purpose

Manager, Accounting and Reporting
, participates in the day-to-day operations of the Studio Group Headquarters Controllership team, and will assist in a wide range of accounting and consolidation matters for Film and TV, including supporting financial reporting obligations to NBCUniversal Corporate, Comcast and external parties. The role is in a fast-paced headquarters environment, interfaces with teams domestically and internationally, and has opportunities for growth.

This role will manage the Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidation and Reporting and report to the Director, Consolidation and Reporting, while overseeing the Business Process Outsourcing provider and working closely with the broader Studio Group Controllership and Finance teams.
