Sales-Focused Studio Manager

What You'll Do as a Studio Sales Manager:
Sales Leadership

• Own and exceed studio sales targets through lead conversion, upselling memberships, and client retention
• Guide new prospects through a tailored experience, helping them understand the benefits of Stretch Zone and selecting the right program for their goals
• Track and report key sales metrics to ensure team and individual performance aligns with company benchmarks

Team Management

• Mentor a team of Certified Stretch Practitioners
• Lead weekly performance reviews and daily huddles to keep the team focused and motivated
• Foster a high-energy, customer-first culture that drives results and improves client satisfaction

Studio Operations

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth scheduling, staffing, and service delivery
• Maintain accountability for financial performance, including revenue growth, expense control, and profitability
• Execute operational strategies and uphold Stretch Zone's brand standards across every touchpoint

Community & Brand Engagement

• Represent the Stretch Zone brand through local marketing, events, and partnerships
• Drive inbound leads through community outreach and referral programs

What We're Looking For:

• Sales or fitness/wellness management (Sales-focused retail or service industry experience also welcome)
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing people and performance
• Fitness, health, or wellness background
• Exceptional communication, motivation, and time-management skills
• Willingness to complete Stretch Zone certification during onboarding
