Key Responsibilities
User & System Administration
Manage and administer Office 365 across all users and locations.
Assist with HubSpot system administration alongside the Sales Team.
Maintain user permissions, shared drives, and access controls across all systems.
Manage the full employee onboarding/offboarding process (accounts, permissions, device setup, and access removal).
Support and resolve FullBay system questions, issues, and user requests.
Device, Hardware & MDM Management
Manage Hexnode MDM, including enrollment, updates, and policy enforcement.
Oversee all hardware including iPads, laptops, desktops, TVs, printers, and shop equipment.
Handle setup, configuration, repairs, updates, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a complete asset inventory for all technology equipment.
Network & Connectivity
Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, including switches, access points, cabling, and rack equipment.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues across all shop locations.
Manage internet connectivity for each location and coordinate with ISPs.
Ensure strong wireless coverage in shop floors and office areas.
Security & Compliance
Perform regular security audits of networks, firewalls, and user access.
Oversee antivirus and endpoint protection across all devices.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including policy rollout and employee training.
Manage backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are current and functional.
Diagnostics, Software & Operational Tools
Oversee diagnostic software and hardware (Cummins Insite, JPro, WABCO, Davie4, etc.).
Ensure all OEM tools and software licensing remain current and compliant.
Manage cloud storage workflows (OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive).
Cameras, A/V & Communications Systems
Manage all camera systems and vendor relationships.
Oversee A/V equipment for shop meetings and recording systems.
Administer the Verizon Business
