About Us:

At Bolton Inc., we've built community, resilience, and long-term value on Big Island since 1987. With deep community roots, we've grown into one of the Island's most trusted general contractors, known for delivering high-quality civil, commercial and residential projects with integrity, precision, and purpose.

Our work is grounded in a culture of accountability and craftsmanship. We operate with a strong in-house foundation of various skilled tradesmen to ensure efficiency from concept to completion. From sitework & utilities to pools & commercial vertical construction, we take a systems-based approach to solving problems and creating meaningful outcomes.
