*Assistant General Manager *
. This position is ideal for a dynamic and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences. The Assistant General Manager will act as a key operational partner, supporting all areas of property performance from leasing, legal and compliance to financial reporting and vendor management while helping drive resident satisfaction and property success.
How You'll Make An Impact
*Property Operations & Compliance *
- Assist the General Manager with daily operations, ensuring efficient and compliant management of the community.
- Maintain accurate property-level data, prepare monthly operational reports, and support special projects as assigned.
- Prepare and distribute resident notices, memos, and correspondence as directed.
- Support building code compliance with requirements and ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local housing laws, including Fair Housing.
*Leasing, Resident Relations & Retention *
- Support leasing efforts by greeting prospects, conducting tours, qualifying applicants, and presenting available homes professionally.
- Assist with all leasing-related activities, including move-ins, renewals, resident insurance, and rental eligibility verification.
