Fine Dining Server

Location: Downtown San Diego

We are a premier fine-dining Italian restaurant located in the heart of San Diego, renowned for our commitment to exceptional ingredients, a curated wine list with a focus on European and California vintages, and nightly live music that creates a warm and elegant atmosphere.

We are currently seeking experienced part-time and full-time servers with bartending experience to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of fine-dining service experience
• Proven bartending skills, including cocktail preparation and bar service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of wine and craft cocktails
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and wine

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to guests with professionalism and warmth
• Prepare, reset, and maintain table setups throughout service
• Provide in-depth menu knowledge and confidently recommend dishes
• Guide guests through wine and cocktail selections
• Deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with poise and a positive attitude
