Position Overview

Join a regional fleet built for new CDL graduates and experienced drivers looking for steady miles, reliable home time, and a modern truck to run in. This position offers predictable pay, consistent freight, and a team that keeps drivers moving week after week.

What Drivers Get

• Home Time: Weekly or every other week
• Equipment: Late-model trucks (avg. 1.5 years old)
• Work: Regional routes with consistent miles

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,500+
• Miles: 2,500–3,000 weekly
• Mileage pay + safety & performance bonuses
• Paid stop, detention & layover time

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• New grads accepted (120+ hours from accredited CDL school)
• Must be safety-focused and DOT compliant

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A equipment on regional lanes
• Complete trip reports & delivery documentation
• Perform pre-/post-trip inspections
• Stay in communication with dispatch
