Project Manager

We are a reputable commercial mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC/Plumbing construction projects from start to finish. This is an in-person role responsible for project execution, financial performance, documentation, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction contracts, including scopes, schedules, change orders, and billing.
• Track and report project financials: manpower planning, cost-to-complete, subcontractor costs, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Senior PMs, Superintendents, Foremen, BIM/Drafting, and project support staff.
• Maintain communication with GCs, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, procurement, and documentation.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project close-outs.
• Support warranty management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC/Plumbing project management experience (required).
• Proficiency with Office 365, Bluebeam, Adobe Pro, and Sage construction software.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
• Self-driven, accountable, and team-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90, $105,000.00 per year
