Expand Psychology is seeking a professional, warm, and motivated individual to fill a meaningful role in the functioning of our community — Expand Psychology's Intake Coordinator and Office Manager.
This individual should possess excellent communication and organizational skills to join with our collaborative team of clinicians to aid in the running of the daily operations of our practice and support clinicians in fielding patient inquiries when they begin their initial outreach to the practice. This individual serves a critical role in supporting the mental health of our patients by ensuring the office is run with professionalism, expertise, and efficiency in support of our clinicians being able to focus their time in dedication to the clinical care of our patients.

The Intake Coordinator and Office manager plays a key role in carrying out this mission and individuals in this role have an opportunity to engage in meaningful and autonomous work to support our team.
Position Outline and Expectations:
- Full Time 40-hr weekly position
- Daily in-office work from approximately 9am-5pm. Opportunity for some flexible hours and remote work after onboarding period
- Field all new client inquiries with care and sensitivity and work with Clinical Director to find best fit clinician on staff
- Schedule client intakes and provide billing support
- Management of two office locations (delivery management, collaboration with property management, supply management)
- Assist in onboarding of new clinicians to administrative portions of role
- Collaborate with Clinical Director and Practice Owner to schedule trainings and meetings

- Candidates must have earned a college degree
- Candidates with experience in mental health settings are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in office management are preferred.
