Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Representative to join our growing internet sales department. This role involves engaging with potential customers through various online channels, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Experience in dealership or retail sales, along with proficiency in CRM software and inventory management, is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with high-end or B2B sales will be considered a significant advantage. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate leads and drive sales
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing deals
- Conduct outbound sales calls, including cold calling, to identify new business opportunities
- Demonstrate vehicles virtually or in person, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate terms and pricing effectively to maximize deal closure while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer value and dealership revenue
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and update inventory information accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing online visibility and lead generation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to phone etiquette standards
- Support sales management in developing strategies for high-end sales, B2B transactions, and retail operations
- Assist in inventory control and management to ensure availability of vehicles for sale
Requirements
- Proven experience in an automobile sales internet department with a strong understanding of the sales process
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Dealer Socket CRM
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards including dealership experience, inventory control, and high-end sales techniques
- Ability to perform outbound calls confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with marketing strategies related to online lead generation and social media outreach
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
