Position Requirements

  • Valid Georgia Driver's License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Proven leadership skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment and vehicles
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Job Execution

  • Supervise and direct installation crews to ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
  • Work hands-on with your team while setting a strong example in work ethic and professionalism
  • Train and mentor crew members in proper installation techniques, equipment operation, safety procedures, and job-site etiquette
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment

Project Oversight & Communication

  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Sales Team before and after daily assignments to ensure smooth communication and project alignment
  • Accurately document daily time logs, materials used, and any changes to project scope
  • Maintain constant awareness of quality control and ensure work meets design specifications and client expectations

Equipment & Safety Management

  • Ensure proper loading, securing, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
  • Perform and oversee daily vehicle and equipment inspections
  • Promptly report any injuries, incidents, or equipment issues in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site, promoting a safety-first culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
