Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and customer service, with the ability to engage customers and drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, conducting product demos, and ensuring that the store environment is welcoming and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products
• Recommend fashionable clothing
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Stock shelves
• strong customer service skills
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor at all times.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or assisting with orders

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• ability to spot color and design trends
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basics retail math is beneficial.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
