Carpenter Commercial Construction

ABOUT GTG:

GTG is currently seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our Commercial Construction Team. Our ideal candidate is customer focused, able to read blueprints and is a self-starter. This candidate will collaborate with the Carpenter Foreman and Superintendent to complete tasks in a timely manner. GTG employees take initiative and work efficiently on their own AS WELL AS alongside fellow team members. Qualified candidates may be asked to demonstrate their abilities which should include demo, framing, sheetrock, sheetrock finishing, painting, staining door slabs, setting cabinets, general millwork, hanging doors, installing counter tops, LVT flooring and carpeting, etc. A 90-day trial period will be utilized to confirm that skills meet company expectations and standards and you will need to pass a full background check.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS:

Wood & metal framing experience, door hanging, door hardware, ACT, drywall hanging

Fully valid Driver's License

Reliable transportation

Excellent communication skills with Management, Field Coordinator, Project Manager, Construction Team, Subcontractors, and Office Staff.
