Business Development Consultant - BPO

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant with experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. This role requires expertise in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth, particularly within BPO Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the BPO industry and client pain points, and outsourcing solutions, along with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.

Objectives of this Role:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting – identifying potential clients through research, cold calling and networking.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Develop proposals and negotiate terms of service agreements.
• Close sales and meet / exceed monthly sales targets.
• Drive the development of domestic and USA sales strategies
• Maintain key client relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
• Define new or emerging market requirements and operational costs
• Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure effective project management, cross team communications and workflow

Skills and Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, or equivalent
• 3+ years of expertise in business development within the BPO industry or related field
• Deep knowledge of BPO services, including contact center operations, back-office solutions, and shared services
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Resilient and adaptable to changing client needs and market conditions.
• Working experience in Salesforce or CRM equivalent
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing and competitor analysis
• Collection or Financial services industry experience preferred- 1st & 3rd party collections
