DIgital (Programmatic) Sales Director – DOOH & CTV
Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive revenue, deepen agency and brand partnerships, and accelerate adoption of our DOOH, CTV, and omnichannel programmatic offerings. This role is focused on hunting, pitching, and closing—while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a revenue pipeline across agencies, trading desks, and brands
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, responding to RFPs, negotiating, and closing
  • Position our DOOH and CTV solutions within broader omnichannel media strategies
  • Deliver compelling programmatic recommendations in partnership with Sales Engineering and AdOps
  • Maintain strong relationships with key programmatic buyers, including AORs, holding companies, and independent agencies
  • Collaborate with AdOps, Client Services, and Product to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and exceed performance expectations
  • Provide industry insights, marketplace education, and POVs that elevate ClearTrustMedia's value proposition
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive renewals and incremental spend
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of programmatic or digital media sales, ideally in DOOH and/or CTV
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, deal structures, PMP/PG, measurement, and attribution
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong relationships across independant and regional agencies, programmatic teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into clear client value
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven, entrepreneurial environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150, $300,000.00 per year
