Role Description

GreenWater Investments is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst for a full-time, on-site position located in Tucson, AZ. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting analysis on various investment projects, creating financial models, and reporting financial results. Additional responsibilities include assisting in financial planning, providing actionable insights to improve financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making for property acquisition and management. Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to effectively support strategic decision-making
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and generate insights for investment strategies
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing accurate Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g. MBA or CFA) is a plus
• Proficient in financial modeling and software tools such as Excel; experience with accounting or financial systems is advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience in real estate management and/or investment is preferred
