Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
  • Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote additional services aligned with their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments or refunds, adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer concerns thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset.
  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales-oriented roles is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
