We are hiring dedicated Fulfillment Associates for our facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this role, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Your tasks will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed is essential. We are committed to a safe work environment, and all associates are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety protocols, including proper Lifting techniques. This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify order details and product information.
- Prepare shipments for transport, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and contribute to maintaining stock accuracy.
- Operate hand trucks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Capability for Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Understanding of general logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
