This position involves a variety of tasks within our state-of-the-art warehouse facility, contributing to the smooth operation of our distribution network. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of your work area. Adherence to all safety protocols is paramount, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
