This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for implementing and managing inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring optimal stock levels. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this position. This role requires an understanding of warehouse operations and logistics best practices. You will play a vital part in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse Safety regulations.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff on inventory-related matters.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
