Join our dynamic logistics team as a Material Handler in San Diego, California! In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient movement of goods within our state-of-the-art warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and ensuring materials are readily available for production and distribution. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, possess strong work ethic, and are committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You will be working with a variety of materials, so attention to detail is crucial. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies).
- Sort, label, and store materials accurately.
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist with order picking and packing when needed.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
