Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders and instructions.
- Utilize RF scanners or pick sheets to locate and retrieve products efficiently.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality metrics.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned by management.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse duties is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to strictly adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
