This position involves considerable Lifting , standing, and walking throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner data.
- Verify product and quantity accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Use shipping software and equipment to prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and use required PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Meet established productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
