This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform consistent Lifting , bending, and walking throughout your shift. Experience with order picking or warehouse operations is a plus, but we are eager to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order forms or electronic devices.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE , such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics process.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned, including occasional manual Lifting .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse roles is beneficial.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting (up to 40 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and Logistics .
- Commitment to following all Safety regulations.
- Must be able to wear and use appropriate PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
