Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order details.
- Use handheld scanners or pick lists to verify items and quantities.
- Ensure the quality and condition of items picked.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks or other hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Must be able to perform consistent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product information.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
