Join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as an Order Picker! This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items from our warehouse inventory. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are committed to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to work in a growing logistics company.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Use handheld scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety rules and regulations.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety shoes and vests, at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics flow.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
