We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers for our Durham, North Carolina facility. In this vital role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Unload, receive, and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order fulfillment requests.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for delivery by labeling and staging them correctly.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety standards.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety vests and gloves, as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to workplace policies.
