This position requires physical dexterity and the ability to handle materials, so a good level of fitness is necessary. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
- Transport inventory to and from various warehouse zones.
- Stack and retrieve products according to storage plans.
- Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification and extensive experience.
- Proficiency in operating different types of forklifts.
- Deep understanding of warehouse safety protocols and PPE.
- Ability to perform tasks involving lifting and physical coordination.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
