Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring timely processing and dispatch of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and properly document any discrepancies.
  • Safely and efficiently unload and load trucks using appropriate equipment.
  • Stock received inventory in designated warehouse locations, maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, palletizing, and staging.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, with proper training.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in general warehouse upkeep, including sweeping, tidying work areas, and waste disposal.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including occasional overtime, as needed.
