We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our bustling logistics operations in Los Angeles, California. This role involves a variety of tasks critical to the daily functioning of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Sort and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform consistent physical labor, including frequent Lifting and bending, up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required.
- Must be able to follow instructions effectively.
