Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement and maintain efficient workflows and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through effective control measures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
