We are looking for a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, accurately packing them for shipment, and processing orders through our system. You will also assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise, helping to maintain optimal inventory levels. A strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency is essential, as is a dedication to maintaining a safe work environment. You will be required to follow all safety protocols and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves physical activity, including regular lifting and movement of goods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from inventory.
- Process orders efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Ensure products are handled with care to minimize damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear mandatory PPE.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment and productivity.
- Perform tasks involving manual lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent lifting, standing, and bending.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
