You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring they are packed securely and efficiently. Your accuracy and speed will directly impact customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our Logistics department. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to quality. The use of required PPE is non-negotiable for your protection. This role involves frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment goals.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
