This is a hands-on role that contributes directly to project success during the initial deployment—through configuration, testing, data validation, and change management—and then transitions into ongoing application support and optimization. The Analyst ensures the ERP platform remains stable, secure, and aligned with business needs by providing expert administration, user support, integration oversight, and continuous improvement. This position plays a key part in enabling reliable, efficient ERP processes that drive operational excellence across the organization.

- Develop and execute test scripts for UAT and regression; track and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with the OCM lead to create training materials, user guides, and communication plans; assist with role-based training.
- Validate data migration accuracy, support cleansing and mapping activities.
- Assist with integration setup and testing (APIs, iPaaS tools) and reporting feeds to BI platforms.
- Provide hands-on support during cutover and hypercare; monitor issues and escalate as needed.
Post-Implementation (Ongoing Support & Optimization)
- Act as an internal consultant to business stakeholders, advising on how ERP capabilities can best support evolving business processes, reporting needs, and operational improvements.
- Support business process change by assessing system impacts, recommending configuration or workflow adjustments, and ensuring ERP changes align with enterprise standards.
- Administer Deltek ERP modules (GL/Financials, Project Accounting, Time & Expense, CRM, Resource Planning) with an OOB-first approach.
- Develop and execute test scripts for system enhancements, patches, and integrations, supporting unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist with validating patches, bug fixes, and configuration changes prior to deployment into production environments.
- Support change management activities by ensuring changes are documented, tested, approved, and communicated in alignment with governance standards.
- Maintain master data and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Serve as Tier-2/Tier-3 application support; diagnose and resolve incidents; create reusable knowledge articles.
- Manage ERP integrations and monitor jobs; collaborate with BI teams on reporting and analytics.
- Coordinate upgrades, release notes, and regression testing; maintain SOPs and configuration documentation.
- Evaluate change requests, recommend configuration over customization, and uphold governance standards.
