Who We Are
At Archistar, we're a cutting-edge PropTech industry leader transforming how cities are planned, approved, and built to help tackle the global housing crisis. Our award-winning technology fuses artificial intelligence, generative building design, spatial intelligence, and advanced data visualization to empower governments, developers, and architects to make faster, smarter, and more compliant planning decisions. We digitize complex planning codes into dynamic digital rules, instantly check 3D BIM designs for compliance, generate buildable concepts in real time, and deliver powerful GIS and property insights—all through a single, intuitive, and user-friendly platform. As we accelerate our expansion across Canada, we're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive adoption, unlock new markets, and shape the future of the built environment alongside a world-class team.
The Role

This role is perfect for a proactive, tech-savvy, and self-motivated BDM who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building relationships with government and enterprise clients. If you have experience selling technology solutions into the public sector and want to contribute to a mission-driven PropTech company that's reshaping how cities are built, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.
Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to product presentations, proposals, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government and enterprise, including strategic alliance partners.
  • Develop deep expertise in Archistar's products while staying up to date on planning, building, and housing challenges across North America.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, and ensure ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and align sales strategies with broader business goals.
  • Keep CRM systems and records updated, attend required meetings, and travel across North America to meet clients and represent Archistar at key events.

  • Demonstrated success in selling enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS using a consultative, client-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and results-oriented team player with a strong collaborative mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree and knowledge of planning/building processes preferred; valid driver's license required.
