As our next Jr. Engineering Specialist (Co-op) , you'll be at the forefront of supporting and assisting with mechatronics product development focusing on electrified pumps
for actuation, cooling and lubrication in automotive applications.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support Program Managers and engineering teams on daily tasks.

• Assist with engineering calculations and develop tools for efficient output.

• Participate in design, procurement, build, and testing of prototypes.

• Conduct root cause analysis of component failures and prepare technical reports.

• Provide hands-on support for components and testing activities.

• Help develop and deploy test equipment and fixtures.

• Collaborate with production operators and technicians to document and improve processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Mechatronics , Mechanical , or Electrical Engineering .

• Mechanical aptitude; mechatronic knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to read technical drawings.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and willing to engage in hands-on projects.
