  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing proactive sourcing strategies (including headhunting) to build strong relationships with key professionals in the market.
  • Designing and executing creative and effective recruitment strategies that combine traditional channels with innovative approaches.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to optimize the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Integrating artificial intelligence solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of the selection process.
  • Collaborating with managers and Talent & Culture partners to clearly understand workforce needs and define target profiles.
  • Writing engaging job postings that highlight our distinctive benefits and development opportunities.
  • Reviewing applications, conducting interviews (phone, virtual, or in person), and assessing candidates' potential and cultural fit.
  • Effectively coordinating interview process stages between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conducting reference and background checks for selected candidates.
  • Maintaining transparent and attentive communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Managing and enriching a talent pool to support the organization's future needs.
  • Actively participating in various cross-functional projects within the Talent & Culture team, based on interests and expertise.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an entrepreneurial, manufacturing, or engineering environment, with an international scope.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Sourcing.
  • Bilingualism in French and English required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of autonomy.
  • Positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, priority management, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment in candidate assessment.
  • International recruitment experience (an asset).
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (an asset).
  • Ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels and collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
