What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep our facility safe, clean, and fully operational. Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct daily facility inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Complete work orders while ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff.
• Assist with general carpentry, painting, and equipment upkeep.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety regulations, and infection control policies.
• Assist with general landscaping, groundskeeping, and debris removal.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field (healthcare setting preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong resident and staff safety commitment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as repeated bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
