Rough Framing Foreman

We are looking for a qualified carpentry foreman to manage framing projects, implement company policies to ensure the projects are completed on schedule, in a safe manner, within the budget and to quality standards.

The candidate will have 10+ years direct experience in residential new construction and renovations with good knowledge of all phases of wood framing.

Required Skills &Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and review blueprints, drawings, layouts.
• Knowledge of NJ building codes and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and local municipal inspectors.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors.
• Schedule material deliveries.
• Capability to manage overall job progress.
• Strong work ethic and leadership.
• Skills of snapping floorplan lines.
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques, materials and methods of installation.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
• Willing to put on tools & perform carpentry related tasks when needed.
