Overview
The Contractor will be responsible for the successful deployment and configuration of the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) for large-scale clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Cornerstone and/or CSOD systems, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage change within organizations.
Key Requirements
Discovery and Requirements Definition
Could be for initial system design or future enhancements
· Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their existing processes, pain points, and business objectives for the LMS implementation.
· Document and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system configuration.
· Create detailed requirement documentation that will serve as the foundation for system design and configuration.
System Design and Configuration:
· Define comprehensive system configurations based on client requirements, industry best practices, and platform capabilities.
· Configure CSOD LMS for large customer deployments, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
· Build configurations in both prototype and production environments to facilitate testing and implementation.
· Develop custom solutions to address unique client needs that extend beyond standard functionalities.
Client Presentations and Demonstrations:
· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase Cornerstone LMS capabilities, highlighting features relevant to client needs.
· Present proposed system configurations and solutions to clients at various project milestones.
· Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, accessible manner.
· Create and deliver compelling presentations that illustrate how the system will meet business objectives.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
· Conduct UAT sessions to validate system functionality and ensure that the configurations meet business needs.
· Document test results and implement necessary adjustments based on client feedback.
Technical Support:
· Support technical projects including historical data loads, integrations with existing systems, and reporting functionalities.
· Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Cornerstone LMS with other enterprise systems.
Change Management:
· Support communications strategies to inform stakeholders about changes and updates related to the LMS implementation.
· Facilitate change management processes to ensure user adoption and minimize resistance.
Project Management:
· Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation process.
· Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase to address any issues or concerns that arise.
Areas of Expertise
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing CSOD LMS.
· Must have active certifications in the CSOD Galaxy Learn platform.
· Optionally, certification in Galaxy Elevate or Transform.
· Proven track record of successful implementation projects, including references from past clients.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
· Demonstrated presentation and client-facing skills to effectively lead discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
Pay: $75.00 per hour
